You may return the product under the following circumstances:
Wrong product received / wrong colour
This will be verified with the actual order for the correct order and design. For self-collection, kindly check on the items upon collection.
Product with manufacturing defect
Should you find any manufacturing defects upon receiving/ collection, kindly contact us within 3 working days (either through Facebook/ Whatsapp/ Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a description and image of the defect. Items must in original packaging and condition as it was received. Making Mermaids reserves the right to decide on the ex-changeability of the product.
- Wrong size (request for exchange will be considered on a case to case basis)
- Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as earrings are non-refundable/ exchangeable. For customers who have sensitive skin, do take note of the material of the jewelry prior to carting out (it is recommended that sensitive skin users to choose 925 silver base).
- Sales items are NON returnable/ refundable/ exchangeable.
- We do regret that we do not allow exchange/refund if the product is dis-satisfactory to you due to: Allergy, wear and tear, damaged product due to usage.
